I was referred to Family Hearing Center through a friend. Despite my case being an out of state workmens case hearing loss, Dr. Williams immediately agreed to help me. Made immediate appointment, got my hearing examined, worked on my existing hearing aids and ordered my new hearing aids. All went as smooth as one could hope for and actually faster than I could have hoped for. Since receiving my new hearing aids, which only took a few days, service has been outstanding. Appointments are easy to get and never a wait time.
