We believe great care includes establishing great relationships with our patients. Treating hearing loss is an ongoing process that requires regular follow-ups, maintenance and cleanings to keep you hearing your best. Our staff is here to support you not only during your initial visit but throughout your entire journey to better hearing.
Our Five-Point Pledge

We will thoroughly test your hearing and will discuss and evaluate your communication needs and goals.
2. We’ll recommend only what you need
If treatment is recommended, we will tailor a plan designed to meet your specific needs.
3. We’ll provide a clear understanding of expectations and results
We will make sure you understand what steps will be taken on your journey to better hearing, and communicate the outcomes you can expect along the way.
4. You’ll leave our offices confident and empowered
We will verify that the hearing instruments and any accessories are working and provide the benefit that you need. This verification may be done through several clinically adopted tools such as Real Ear Measurement, Speech Mapping or Sound Field Verification.
5. We’ll be with you for the entirety of your hearing journey
We will work with you to create a long-term treatment plan, including follow-up appointments, ongoing evaluations, and any additional care you may need to ensure you continue hearing your best for years to come.
