AWESOME! after a disappointing start at another PHONAK dealership I tried Family Hearing Center.
I have found my forever Hearing Aid shop. He found issues that had been wrong since new, adjusted my Aids to a point I hear correctly now, all for a very reasonable fee.
If you need Hearing Aids or an adjustment ,they are very knowledgeable and you will enjoy the service you receive.

I was referred to Family Hearing Center through a friend. Despite my case being an out of state workmens case hearing loss, Dr. Williams immediately agreed to help me. Made immediate appointment, got my hearing examined, worked on my existing hearing aids and ordered my new hearing aids. All went as smooth as one could hope for and actually faster than I could have hoped for. Since receiving my new hearing aids, which only took a few days, service has been outstanding. Appointments are easy to get and never a wait time.

I received excellent service at Family Hearing Center. My hearing aids stopped working and Doug was able to determine the problem and fix them right on the spot. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I will continue to do business with Family Hearing Centers for all my future hearing aid needs. As an added plus, Doug is a really nice guy who takes pride in everything he does, and apparently, he does it all right there at his office. The next time I need ear mold done, I won’t waste my time anywhere else.

I came into Family hearing center with a pair of 11 year old hearing aides. The technician gave me a hearing test before adjusting my devices. He took the time to contact and outside source to have a download to his computer that would be compatible with my aides. Once he received them he asked my hearing aides to perfection. What a great group of people that care about your welfare. To them I say “job well done” you will have my business from here on our. Thank you.
